New services and opportunities are coming soon to the Kotzebue community. The local AC Store is building a new location across from the current store, and inside this new construction, Credit Union 1 will have a brand new branch to support the community's financial needs.
Kotzebue has never had access to the one-of-a-kind service that credit unions can offer. In late fall 2024, that's all going to change.
CU1 will soon be the first credit union in Kotzebue - and the first Alaskan credit union north of the Arctic Circle! As Alaska's only state-chartered credit union, we believe in financial well-being for all of Alaska, and that includes communities big and small, near and far.
