Grand Opening of CU1 Kotzebue Branch
On February 14, 2025, we celebrated the grand opening of CU1's Kotzebue Branch inside the local AC Store.
This special event featured an official ribbon-cutting ceremony, refreshments and swag, along with opportunities to learn more about the financial services and benefits CU1 offers to Alaskans statewide!
CU1 is the only credit union in Kotzebue - and the only Alaskan credit union north of the Arctic Circle. As a 100% Alaska-focused financial institution, we believe in financial well-being for all -- and that includes communities big and small, near and far.
This Kotzebue Branch will join two new CU1 locations that are also opening this year, Skagway and Wasilla, further solidifying the credit union’s commitment to serving every corner of the state.
